Jaw Crusher
Our Jaw Crushers are unsurpassed in the industry for coarse and intermediate crushing. They are made from heavy-duty cast iron, it is capable of reducing even the hardest materials using compression and shearing between jaw plates.
Roll Crusher
Our Roll Crushers are designed for the controlled reduction of friable materials to uniform granules where fines are undesirable. Made from heavy-duty cast iron for durability, our Roll Crushers process material by compression between opposing rolls that are adjustable during operation to dial in the product size.
Sturtevant Roll Crushers are constructed from heavy-duty cast iron and deliver uniform granular product with minimal fines, offering up to 4:1 material reduction ratio. Capacities available from 1/4 ton to 44 tons per hour. Roll Crushers are best suited for controlled reduction of friable materials to granules where fines are undesirable in applications such as aggregates, ceramics, chemicals, minerals and sintered metals.
Rotary Crusher
Our Rotary Crushers offer fine or coarse crushing capabilities for soft and moderately hard materials. Materials are reduced by shearing between rotating grinding nuts and case wall liner creating a uniform granular product. Durable and easy to maintain, our Rotary Crushers are high-capacity machines.
