    Important Information for Customers

    Before visiting, please note the following essential guidelines:

    • Shipping Guidelines: We cannot accept collect shipments at our Customer Test Center. Any materials sent collect are subject to being returned at your expense.
    • Safety Requirements: The Sturtevant Safety Committee requires a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or equivalent documentation, along with notification of any hazards involved in handling and processing your materials.
    • Material Return Policy: All materials received, including waste, will be returned and packed separately.
    • Authorization Requirement: For safety, your shipment must display the Sturtevant Material Authorization Number on the outside; otherwise, it will be refused.
    • Fees and Credits: Waiver of fees or credit against equipment purchase may apply, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
